Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Dive into tropical waters and discover the life aquatic, a life of nature, beauty and intrigue. In Endless Ocean, you are the guest of a tranquil sea filled with creatures so unique they must be experienced up-close. More of an experience than a game of any sort, Endless Ocean gives you the freedom to explore underwater locations, searching for fish to photograph and place in your log, or simply take a relaxing swim among the inhabitants of the sea. You'll be able to directly interact with some species, using the Wii Remote to touch members of the undersea community. Come face-to-face with such animals as angelfish, penguins, walruses and dolphins. Whilst underwater, you can even find lost ruins and secret diving locations. The Wii Remote's pointer capabilities are used to navigate through most of the game, whether it's directing the ship to a location on a map or directing the diver which way to swim. When you want to interact with ocean life, you'll simply point at it and then press the A Button. In addition to searching your vast waters, you can share Friend Codes with a friend and explore his or her sea via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Dive together and share in an adventure like no other.

this is a very good game. but its one of those games where you love it or hate it. i loved it. you can put in your own music to listen to whilst you dive and the picture is fantastic. i would definitley reccomend it to a friend and anyone who likes that kind of thing. i payed 15 for it and ot was definitley worth the money. :-)

5 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC   December 27, 2008
This Game is Fantastic
I have been a gamer on all systems starting with the very first Nintendo way back when. I love playing all games especially action games. However I decided to buy this because it was on special and to my suprise found it to be quite addictive, it is so relaxing and I enjoy playing it after coming home from a frantic day at the office. The visuals, music and endless types of fish are great. Its like getting back to nature or going into a forest and hugging a big tree. What can I say but excellent. Sit back in your armchair and just take it easy.

We bought this game, because of its good reviews, but found it utterly boring. In fact we gave it away, because it was so sedate. Obviously alot of people disagree, judging by the reviews, but if you are looking for a fun game, then don't bother, if you just want to look at pretty scenery, then its ok.

2 out of 5 stars Not to everyones taste   December 14, 2008
I bought this game after reading the review by nintendo saying it was the best value for money game. It is but only if you like meeninglessly swiimming around and pointing at fish.

Good points:
Its a very relaxing game

Bad points:
Gets boring very quickly
Wont appeal to many people
Dont get any satisfacion out of it

5 out of 5 stars Endless pleasure!   December 5, 2008
This is not your normal computer game. It has soul beauty and a relaxing feel to it. Only playing will you realise that the combination of beautiful graphics and music along with an open ended style of play make this the best game ever. There is a totally addictive element to this game which is not competitve but explorative. What will you find next beneath the sea? And when you do it is so exciting but in a warm achievement feeling. The concept is so cool because you can approach this game in endless ways. But when you are diving the scenery and reality of each different dive is breath taking. If you love nature and are of any age above 7 buy it!!! You will not be disappointed.
